The main level Livingroom has high vaulted ceilings and glass windows and doors providing panoramic views of the gulf. Adjacent to the living room you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large workspace island.  There is a guest bedroom directly off from the kitchen with a queen bed, tv and a bathroom with tub/shower combo.

 Next to the Livingroom is a cozy den with a tv, and it closes off for privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed,tv,private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads out to the pool area and back patio. The pool deck has lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool. House has an outdoor grilling area on the main level.

Take the stairs to the second floor where there is a second kitchen with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave. The dining table seats 8 and a Livingroom area with a sofa and an amazing view of the gulf. Or if you prefer the upstairs patio has comfortable patio furniture and a table and chairs so the whole family can enjoy the enclosed Lanai. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed with a queen and a twin, with the adjacent bathroom having a stand-up shower.

 Short drive to restaurants and grocery store.  JN Ding darling national wildlife is a must see. Shell museum and small shops are open for treasures to take home with you. Boat excursions and fishing, kayaking, bike rentals are available on the island. The island has bike paths for you to explore nature and spend time with the family.
